We sell used or factory refurbished clusters.  Everything we have in our inventory is checked in-house to be in good working condition. We inspect, repair and certify all our clusters

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your cluster, please contact us. DO NOT SHIP us your cluster without a return authorization

You will have to ship the instrument cluster back to us (customer pays all shipping charges). Please make sure that the instrument cluster was not altered , opened , etc. because the return will not be accepted. We will only accept an instrument cluster if it is in the same good working conditions, the way it  was shipped out to the customer ( we always record the test of the instrument cluster , to make sure customers receive a good working Instrument Cluster also to protect us for any situation , before shipping out ).  The red Warranty Stickers have to remain intact and untampered, otherwise the warranty becomes void and final sale , no refund, no returns, no cancellations rule will apply

In some cases, an instrument cluster may need to be programmed after it has been replaced or repaired. This is typically necessary when the cluster has been significantly disassembled or if it has been replaced with a new or used cluster.

The programming process may involve linking the cluster to the vehicle’s onboard computer and configuring it to work with the specific make and model of the vehicle.
